Order processing

Our products are made to order. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Production times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or when a product is temporarily unavailable.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the products ordered, delivery destination, and shipping method selected.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is issued.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may be produced by different fulfillment providers. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package and on different dates. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at connect@cityfarmgirls.com. Once an order enters production or ships, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

City Farm Girls™ is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or inaccurate address provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at connect@cityfarmgirls.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and help determine the next steps.

International shipping

Where international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times may be longer. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
